Privacy statement – Camping Lolotte

When you book a holiday with us, we ask you for your personal data. We are fully aware that we are asking you to expose a piece of your privacy! Privacy is important and that is why we ensure that we and the organisations we work with handle your data with care. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect, which we use and for what purpose.

Recording and processing your personal data

  1. For information by e-mail and telephone
    • You can get in touch with us by phone or email. Personal data that you provide through one of these two channels will be stored by us for as long as necessary, according to the nature of the content of your e-mail, for the complete answering and handling thereof.
  2. Booking via our website
    • You can make a booking directly via our website. This is done by means of a booking engine which is managed by Tommy Booking Support. To make a booking, we ask you for the following information: name | home address | email | phone number | family composition | children’s age range | any dog(s) that come along | extra desired products like electricity. We have made agreements with Tommy Booking Support about the way in which they handle your privacy and the processing of your data. In doing so, they guarantee, as far as possible, the protection of the privacy of you as a camping guest at Lolotte.

What do we do with your data?

We use your data for the preparation and execution of your stay, and the communication to you, for example for invoices or update messages about your stay. In addition, we use your data to comply with our legal obligations that are inextricably linked to the running of a campsite, such as tourist tax returns and CBS investigations. 

Retention period of your personal data

Personal data that we have received from you via e-mail or telephone will be removed from our notes or email archive as soon as we have fully answered your question. When you place a booking, your personal data will be stored in the reservation archive of the booking engine managed by Tommy Booking Support in order to be able to comply with our (legal) obligations.

Security of your personal data

Tommy Booking Support secures your data and will never disclose, sell or otherwise provide it to third parties.

Changing data

You always have the right to inspect, change, correct or delete your personal data. You can always contact us about this by email on info@campinglolotte.nl.

Our website and Google Analytics

When you visit our website, general visitor data is kept, such as the number of people who have visited our website, the bounce rate, the average time a person has been on our website, and the like. We use this data to measure the number of visitors to our website and to optimise our website. We use Google Analytics for this. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google in which we have set up IP addresses to be anonymized, the data is encrypted and sent anonymously through the use of SSL and no personal data is shared with Google. Your personal data, pseudo-anonymous data and IP address are therefore not stored.

Facebook and Instagram

We are also active on social media. Buttons are included on our website to provide you with a quick connection to our pages. These buttons are realized by code provided by Facebook and Instagram themselves. Read the privacy statements of Facebook and Instagram carefully to see what they do with your personal data. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

Changes to Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. We publish new versions on our website. Therefore, please consult it regularly so that you are aware of these changes.

YES, YOU WANT TO CAMP WITH US!

In 2024 we are open from

April 27 to May 12 | May holiday and subsequent Ascension weekend (fully booked)

May 17 to May 20 | Pentecost weekend (fully booked)

July 6 to August 27 | summer vacation

We ask that you spend at least 3 nights with us in order to make a booking.

Tips:

– If you want to celebrate Ascension and Pentecost with us, make a booking for each weekend seperatly but at the same camping spot. You can then leave your camping equipmen for the days in between. Please indicatie this in the comment section.

– If you are camping with another family, please indicate this in the comment section by giving their familyname with which they made their reservation.

After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you cannot find this email in your email, please check your spam folder.

Please note:

– You can camp with us with only 1 other befriended family. If you would like to camp with more, look for the green of a fellow campsite.

Caravans (including drawbar) longer than 6.5 meters and campers longer than 6.5 meters are not permitted.
